Using your signature
The steps for adding your signature vary depending on your email client. Consult your email
client documentation for how to create and edit email signatures.
Note
- Copy and pasting the email signature may not be supported in all browsers.
- Not all versions of email software support importing HTML signatures.
Outlook Instructions
- Click the 'Open Signature in New Window' button or open your downloaded signature file in a web browser (use Chrome for best results)
- Select and copy the whole content of the page (Ctrl + A then Ctrl + C on Windows or CMD + A then CMD + C on Mac)
- To make a new signature in Outlook, open the Signatures dialog (File > Options > Mail > Signatures on Windows or Outlook > Preferences > Signatures on Mac)
- Add a new signature by clicking “New” or the + sign.
- Paste the signature by clicking the “Paste” button (or press Ctrl + V on Windows or CMD + V on Mac)
- Save the signature
- Select the newly created signature as your default signature.
